Through two of our three Kissimmee business grant programs, the West 192 Development Authority provided funding for a brand new sign and helped in the renovations of the building’s external appearance- enhancing the landscape beauty of our community.

“We had a defunct, out of age restaurant that we saw tremendous potential [in]; in its structure, bare-bones, and its value within the community,” said Stadlen. 

Stadlen and his team started with a 4,000-square-foot building and added new interior space for future tenants. With the help of West 192’s Monument Sign and Facade Improvement Grants, they were also able to upgrade the look of the building’s facade and implement signage that matched the West 192 feel. 

Stadlen says this has been the most significant change the building has seen and has brought new energy to the neighborhood. 

The finished product

Renovations of this commercial center, located on West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, took approximately eight months to complete. Being that this project was completed amidst the pandemic, this was record timing! Check out all that the West 192 Development Authority was able to accomplish for Joseph Stadlen and his business!
